This comes at a time when Windsor is lacking
room for industrial expansion. "The supply of industrial parkland has been
eroding for the past 6 years," says Windsor Essex County Development Commissioner,
Paul Bondy. "It was only a matter of time before the supply diminished, especially
when 100 acres of land are being scooped up each year."
The Rosati Group recently purchased Advance Park as fully serviced heavy
and light industrial lands.
The new industrial park will be sold in sections of 3 to 30 acres with
a starting price of $69,500 per acre. Interested parties should contact:
"The Park's
immediate access to all major roads, visibility from EC Row Expressway and low
tax assessment, make it an attractive place to build," says Lakeshore planner,
Cindy Prince.
Traffic Counts:
"Grade visibility from E.C. Row (County Rd. 22) provides excellent
visual access to over 30,000 vehicles daily." |
