Lakeview Performance Groundbreaking

The cornerstone business of one of the busiest intersections in Lakeshore is moving downstream. Lakeview Marine & Sports, on E.C. row and Manning road, has changed its name and is relocating to Advanced business Park, about two miles east along the expressway.

Groundbreaking ceremonies for the new 37,300-square-foot Lakeview Performance Marine & Recreation Ltd. dealership were held Wednesday at the new location, with the owner, design contractor Rosati Construction Inc. and Lakeshore politicians.

Advance Business Park has recently been re-zoned to add the following uses;

Retail Establishments with more than 2,000 square feet of floor area, offices including professional, medical and general, sales, services and storage establishments, clinics and uses accessory to the forgoing permitted uses."
